Calvia Holiday Weather Overview
Calvia is a city on the island of Majorca, noted for its high level of expat residents. Calvia is surrounded by popular tourist towns and boasts no less than 14 beaches. Local attractions include historic villas, ancient mills and prehistoric sites, but most people come to Calvia to enjoy the beaches, or to hike along clifftop paths - this is one of the most rugged parts of Majorca’s coastline.

Autumn brings much needed rainfall to Calvia. October and November are by far the wettest months of the year, with regular torrential downpours; this brings to life the torrents and streams in the area, and this can be a beautiful time of year to visit if you don’t mind the rain.
Average daily highs in September (which is still quite a dry month) reach 25°C, but by November temperatures will have fallen to around 16°C. Nights start to feel a little chilly at autumn progresses, with overnight lows in November falling to 10°C.
If you’re visiting Calvia in the autumn, bring an umbrella and a waterproof jacket. September can still be a beach month, with October and November being ideal for exploring the area.
Calvia in Winter
Calvia’s winters are mild, but wet. Expect plenty of rain, albeit not as torrential as the autumn storms were. Average daily highs between December and February reach 13-15°C, and overnight lows rarely drop below 8°C, however this can still feel chilly, so pack something with long sleeves if you’re planning a winter visit to Calvia.
Calvia in Spring
Spring is the season when Calvia and Majorca come to life, and it’s the perfect time to enjoy the surrounding countryside with its unique flora and fauna. After such a mild winter, spring is quick to warm up in Calvia, expect average daily highs to already reach 17°C in March, rising to 23°C in May.
Spring nights, especially in early spring, can still feel chilly, so bring something with long sleeves. As spring progresses, however, the showers die away and the days lengthen, and Calvia truly begins to warm up.
